Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 12 cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
