- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the eggs and almond flour to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Notes
Make sure the banana is ripe for the best sweetness and flavor. Preheat your skillet before adding the batter for a nice golden color. If the batter feels too thick, add a splash of almond milk. Add vanilla extract, baking powder, or chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
