Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce can use low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
