- In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, protein powder, and nut butter until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
