  • 1 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, protein powder, and nut butter until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly into cookie shapes.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
