  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture onto the chicken thighs until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve the chicken thighs with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. They can also be sliced for wraps or sandwiches.
