Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasonings all over the chicken thighs.
Cooking
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, make sure the chicken thighs are patted dry before adding oil and seasonings. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
