Ingredients
  

Pasta Chips
  • 250 g Penne or Farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast optional, for cheesy flavor

  • Large bowl
  • Air fryer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain well using a colander.
  2. Transfer the drained pasta to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Air Frying
  1. Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  2. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Experiment with different pasta shapes and seasoning blends. For extra crispiness, ensure the pasta is completely dry before tossing with oil and air frying. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara or a creamy garlic dip.
