- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels and toss them with olive oil in a large mixing bowl to ensure even coating.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper; then add the chicken pieces and toss until they are thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in your air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it to allow for even cooking and crisping.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping the chicken bites halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the chicken bites with cooking oil before air frying. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like extra ranch, BBQ sauce, or honey mustard.
