Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes.
  2. In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes
