Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies directly on top of the cookie dough.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the Oreo cookies.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
Notes
These brownies are best served warm or at room temperature. Pair them with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra special treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for about a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
