  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounce)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, ground cinnamon, and milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain and the mixture is fully combined.
  3. Add the chopped apples and mini marshmallows (if using) to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Chilling & Serving
  1. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Drizzle with caramel sauce just before serving, if desired.

Notes

For best results, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. You can also add chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans for extra crunch.
