- In a large salad bowl, combine the selected greens, pomegranate seeds, sliced apples, nuts, and feta cheese. Toss gently.
- To make the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a glass jar. Shake until well combined.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss lightly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within one day. Keep dressing separate until ready to serve.
