Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Drizzle honey on top of the Brie, and sprinkle nuts and arrange fruits around it.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it completely.
- Brush the outside of the pastry with the beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Let cool slightly before serving with additional honey and fruits.
Notes
Make sure to let the Brie sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking for a softer texture. Experiment with different nuts and fruits to find your favorite combination. For added flavor, you can include herbs like thyme or rosemary in the filling.
