- Use your hands to squeeze out all the moisture from the zucchini.
- In a bowl, combine the zucchini, sweet potato, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and coconut flour.
- Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized tots and place them on the baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

- Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce.
Notes
These tots can be served warm as a snack or a side dish. They pair well with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven for a few minutes until warm and crispy again. For added crispiness, try using a wire rack on the baking tray while baking.
