Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Spread the caramel sauce over the cooled crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of the caramel.
Whipping Cream
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.
Chilling
- Chill the pie for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of extra caramel sauce on top and pairs well with coffee or tea. Store in the refrigerator and consume within a couple of days.
