- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Cooking
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the dish cool down before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave. For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the sauce amount for preferred flavor.
