  • 8 ounces Rotini pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella Diced.
  • 4 ounces Salami Sliced.
  • 1/2 cup Olives A mix of different olives is recommended.
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Homemade or store-bought.

Preparation
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced fresh mozzarella, sliced salami, and olives.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss everything together to combine well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
