Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Grease a pudding basin or bowl that can fit into your slow cooker.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared basin and cover tightly with foil to prevent water from getting in.
- Place the basin in the slow cooker and add water to come halfway up the sides of the basin.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once done, remove from the slow cooker and let cool slightly.
Notes
Serve warm with custard, cream, or ice cream. You can top it with grated chocolate or a pinch of cinnamon for decoration. For best results, use fresh ingredients, and adjust the types of nuts and dried fruits according to your preference.
