Method
Preparation of Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together the mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika to create the Big Mac sauce. Chill it in the fridge.
Cooking the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Assembling the Wraps
- Lay the flour tortillas flat and spread the chilled Big Mac sauce generously over each one.
- Layer the shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sliced onions, chopped pickles, and diced tomatoes on top of the sauce.
- Distribute the seasoned ground beef evenly on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll them tightly from the bottom. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Notes
Serve warm with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping. Pair with a fresh side salad or veggie sticks. For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
