Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread or pizza crust with olive oil.
- Arrange the sliced Brie evenly over the flatbread.
- Scatter the fresh blueberries and thyme leaves on top, then add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Drizzle honey over the warm flatbread immediately after removing it from the oven.
- Slice into triangles and serve warm.
Notes
