Flatbread Base
  • 1 piece flatbread or pizza crust (store-bought) Use store-bought for convenience.
Toppings
  • 100 g Brie cheese (sliced)
  • 75 g fresh blueberries (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves Use fresh for better flavor.
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste) Sweeten according to your preference.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread or pizza crust with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the sliced Brie evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Scatter the fresh blueberries and thyme leaves on top, then add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  2. Drizzle honey over the warm flatbread immediately after removing it from the oven.
  3. Slice into triangles and serve warm.

Notes

This flatbread pairs well with a fresh salad or as a side dish for soups. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven until warmed and cheese is melty.
