  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, followed by the crushed Ritz crackers.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish for any meal.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven as a side dish. It pairs well with roasted chicken, grilled meats, or salad. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven.
