  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Store-bought rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with sour cream or dairy-free yogurt.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled For garnish and flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, celery, and blue cheese; gently mix until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve cold or at room temperature. Optional toppings include extra blue cheese or hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
