  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 Flour tortillas large
  • 1/4 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup Celery finely diced

Method
 

Assembly
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing over it.
  3. Distribute the shredded lettuce evenly over the dressing, then spoon the buffalo chicken mixture down the center.
  4. Sprinkle the diced celery over the chicken mixture.
  5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap and serve immediately.

Notes
