  • 1 dough pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing the dough
Salad Topping Ingredients
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Tossed with dressing
  • 1/2 cup burrata cheese Torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing To coat the lettuce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Croutons for topping For added crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  2. Brush the dough with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Baking
  1. Bake the dough for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing to coat it evenly.
Assembly
  1. Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Top the pizza with the dressed romaine lettuce.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese and place it on top.
  4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Add croutons on top for extra crunch.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve the pizza hot for the best flavor and texture. Pairs well with a chilled glass of white wine or a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
