Ingredients
  

Eggroll Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Make sure it's well-drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Wrapping and Frying
  • Eggroll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

Cooking the Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in cheese, pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Assembling the Eggrolls
  1. Lay an eggroll wrapper flat, place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, and fold the wrapper according to package instructions.
Frying the Eggrolls
  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing. For storage, let cool completely, then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for crispiness.
