Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in the cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the croissant pieces to the egg mixture and gently fold until well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
