  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to your taste.
For the sauce
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Homemade cranberry sauce can be used for enhanced flavor.
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
