Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the garlic bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside to make space for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with marinara sauce.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the garlic bread halves.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, then slice and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
