Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
