Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.

Mousse Preparation
- Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Spread the mousse over the cooled cake.
- Top with chocolate ganache before serving.
