  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil If you don't have coconut oil, use any neutral oil or melt the chocolate without oil.
  • Sea salt (optional) Sprinkle with a pinch if desired.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into heart shapes and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each peanut butter heart into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate again until the chocolate is set.
