  • 1 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or stevia) to taste
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/2 medium Frozen banana sliced, optional

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or a frozen banana. Adjust peppermint extract to taste. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
