Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain (or vanilla)
  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips dark or semi-sweet
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil optional, for thinning chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowls
  • Spoon or scoop
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; this will prevent the clusters from sticking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, and optional sweetener; mix until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters, then freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, and immediately place it back on the parchment paper.
  6. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for 15-30 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set completely before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the chocolate is fully melted and smooth for easy dipping. You can experiment with different berries or even a sprinkle of nuts for added texture. Store any leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
