Preparation

Baking

- Prick the bottom with a fork.

Filling
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves and the cream is warm.
- Add the chopped dark chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Stir until smooth.
Setting
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust.
- Let it set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving
- Once chilled, slice the tart and serve with whipped cream or fresh berries if you like.
