Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter cut into cubes
Filling/Topping
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg large
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly, then press firmly into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan for the crust.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and egg.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until set.
  4. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
