- Start by washing the berries carefully and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Dip each berry into the melted chocolate to coat it well, then lift the berry to let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Roll the coated berries in edible glitter or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the decorated berries on a sheet of parchment paper to set. Let them sit until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Store any leftover Christmas Bling Berries in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They are best enjoyed within a few days to keep the berries fresh and chocolate firm. For variations, use dark or milk chocolate, or try other fruits like raspberries or cherries.
