  • 3 cups Shredded turkey Use leftover turkey for better flavor
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups Stuffing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Green beans Fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and green beans.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with melting cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  2. Serve warm.

Notes

This casserole pairs well with a side of mashed potatoes or fresh salad. Optionally, serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side. To store leftovers, let cool and cover tightly; refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
