- Combine the milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt in a large crockpot or slow cooker.

Notes
For an extra festive touch, add a splash of peppermint extract or a cinnamon stick to the crockpot during the last hour of cooking. Keep on the warm setting for up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
