  • 4 links Sausage links Ensure fully cooked before use
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup For serving
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Optional, for cooking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Flatten slices of cinnamon bread slightly using a rolling pin.
  3. Place a sausage link at one end of each slice and roll up the bread around the sausage.
  4. If desired, secure the roll with a toothpick.
Cooking
  1. Melt a little butter in the skillet and place the roll-ups seam-side down.
  2. Cook until golden on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Notes
