- Place a sausage link at one end of each slice and roll up the bread around the sausage.
- If desired, secure the roll with a toothpick.

- Melt a little butter in the skillet and place the roll-ups seam-side down.
- Cook until golden on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serving
- Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
Notes
