- Gradually add the beef broth, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Lower the heat and mix in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Notes
To store leftovers, let it cool completely, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze and thaw in the refrigerator before reheating. You can add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor.
