Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), apple cider vinegar, honey (or sugar), salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
