Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and place the patties on it.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
To store leftover patties, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to three months. For moist burgers, add extra Worcestershire sauce or a dash of broth. You can grill instead of bake them for a different flavor.
