Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
