  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust to control the spice level.
  • 1 cup chicken broth You can add a splash while reheating to prevent drying.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped For garnishing.

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, cooking until pink and cooked through.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine when cooking. You can also toss in some vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for added nutrition. For a creamier texture, stir in a splash of heavy cream before serving.
