Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and drained corn to the dressing, stirring gently to combine.
- Optionally, stir in fresh chopped parsley and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped red onion or bell pepper. This salad is best served chilled.
