  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) Creamed corn
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and lightly beaten eggs.
  3. Whisk in the flour, sugar, salt, and pepper until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra golden crust, sprinkle a little paprika on top before baking.
