  • 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce 14 ounce
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple 20 ounce, drained
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans optional
  • 1 cup Finely chopped celery optional

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cranberry flavored gelatin with boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the whole berry cranberry sauce until well combined.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and any optional ingredients like chopped pecans or celery, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish or a decorative mold.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the salad is firm and fully set.

Notes

For best results, allow at least 4 hours for the salad to chill and set completely. You can also add chopped nuts or finely diced celery for extra texture.
