Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Pour the cranberry mixture into the pre-made tart crust.
- Dot the top with butter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the tart is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Add whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for 2-3 days or freeze before baking for up to a month.
