Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface to prevent sticking.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or chopped bar in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula into a thin layer.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
  6. Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator and break it into irregular pieces.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate. You can also add a pinch of sea salt for an enhanced flavor contrast.
