Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it covers the entire surface to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or chopped bar in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula into a thin layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
- Once set, remove the bark from the refrigerator and break it into irregular pieces.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate. You can also add a pinch of sea salt for an enhanced flavor contrast.
