Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened to mix easily.
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain, 2% or full-fat)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small lemon zest (optional) Adds a fresh flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt
For the strawberries
  • 20 large fresh strawberries (about 1 lb) Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
For garnish
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops and cut each berry in half lengthwise.
  2. Using a paring knife or small spoon, carefully scoop out a small well in the center of each strawberry half.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  4. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
  5. Spoon the filling into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the strawberry halves on a serving platter. Pipe a swirl of filling into each well.
  2. Garnish with chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Serve Creamy Deviled Strawberries chilled. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Try to consume within the same day for best quality.
